Since Juan was a little kid, he has been an artist. He loves challenging himself and creating something from nothing. Juan says that just drawing a line is creating something, and that’s what’s beautiful about it. You can play with it, and it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Tips to Prepare for El Nino

72 degrees and sunny has been the weather lately, but we’re still hoping for more rain. NOAA and forecasters are still predicting a rainy March. Good news for the drought, but also be prepared for flooding, and emergency conditions due to excess rain and high winds – even if it seems to be sunny all the time.

The map below shows weather predictions for January-March this year. It still shows our area with a 33% increase in precipitation.

Housing Elves Making a Difference in the Local Community

During this time of giving, our talented and caring staff definitely steps up. H&RS staff members donate time, money and items in various ways to campus organizations, schools and local charities.

This year, staff members bought gifts for 52 kids in the IV Youth Project. A big thanks to Kim Dwire, Business & Financial Planning, for coordinating this effort.
