This work group also coordinates food concessions at campus concerts and sporting events, provides meals and catering for adult and youth conference attendees during the summer, and coordinates special events catering for university functions.
Retail Dining
Retail Dining oversees dining options located in the University Center (Jamba Juice, Panda Express, Root Burger, Santorini Island Grill, Starbucks, and Subway) and around campus (Coral Tree Café, Courtyard Café, Die Bretzel, Subway at the Arbor, Summit Café, Woodstock's at the Arbor, and Yoshinoya). This work group also operates one convenience store at The Arbor and a full-service market, Tenaya Market & Eatery.
The Dining Room at The Club & Guest House
