Thank you for choosing DigiKnow Network to publicize your event! DigiKnow is a digital signage network comprised of 34 screens located throughout campus and off-campus residential spaces. 

Your ads will be broadcast to students and community members through our spaces: 

  • 8 residence halls 
  • 4 dining commons 
  • Loma Pelona Center
  • Residential Services Office
  • Westgate and Santa Ynez Apartments
  • Sierra Madre Villages
  • Family and Student Housing 
  • San Clemente Villages

Please note there is no fee for ads submitted by UCSB Housing or Residential Dining staff, provided the ads are affiliated with housing and residential dining.

*broadcast as many ads as you want for one quarter, provided you don't have more than three ads broadcasting simultaneously

*Detailed payment instructions will be emailed to you upon submission of your ad. Departments will be recharged at the end of the quarter. Student Organizations should pay by check made payable to UC Regents. We cannot accept cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods.

Note: Ads are programmed two to three times per week. To ensure your ad runs when you want it to, please submit it five business days before the ad is scheduled to start.

Digiknow ads are programmed two to three times per week. 
Please submit your ad at least 5 business days before you’d like it to start. Ads submitted for same-day posting may be delayed.

Advertising on the UCen Digital Screens

While the digital displays in the University Center are not directly connected to the DigiKnow network, here is how you can submit your ad to display in the UCen:  

The UCen accepts ad submissions for:

  • Student events
  • Student groups
  • Student announcements/jobs
  • Student resources/services

The UCen will not post ads for:

  • Solicitations, sales ads
  • Staff announcements/events
  • Campus department advertisements
  • Personal ads
  • Building announcements

Submitting an Ad to the UCen

Submit your ad at least 5 business days before you would like the ad to start. 

  • Ads will be displayed for a maximum of two weeks 

Ad Sizes: 

  • Horizontal (Landscape) - 1920 x 1080px
  • Vertical (Portrait) - 1080 x 1920px 

Ad format: 

  • Images - jpeg only

  • Video - mp4 only (must be under 60 seconds)
