Coming January 2025 - Employee Engagement Survey

It’s that time again - time to hear from you about what is working well in our organization and where we can improve. 

After ten years of successful partnership, we will work with McLean & Company to launch our 2025 Employee Engagement Survey. McLean, an independent human resources research firm, is able to ensure that all responses remain anonymous, creating a unique opportunity to provide candid feedback on the health of our organization. 

We take the feedback to heart. Based on the 2022 survey results, we formed the Employee Engagement Work Groups. The HDAE Jobs page, Meet HDAE and Halloween Spooktacular events, thorough research into and recommendations for strengthening work-life balance, a reinvestment in our values through a WE CARE work group, and more recommendations for enriching the HDAE employee experience are all initiatives driven by your feedback.

The results from the 2025 survey will be just as important in helping to shape the future of HDAE. Your feedback is critical as we continue the work to improve the employee and customer experience! Keep an eye out for an email from McLean & Company in January 2025 and share your thoughts and feedback with us by completing the survey.
