Residential Dining Instagram Contest

Imagine 32 talented chefs, from across the Pacific Region, cooking in teams to prepare a gourmet catered lunch just for you. This became a fun reality for a select group of residents! Residential Dining Services sponsored an Instagram contest in which 14 students had the opportunity to be a part of a VIP catered lunch during the 2015 Pacific Chef Net Conference. These student foodies had a passion for creative cuisine that was reflected in their Instagram photo contest entries and enthusiasm during the event. In the end, they enjoyed delicious creations that included vegan Moroccan tagine salad, roasted root vegetables with candied bacon and tamarind, shiitake and chard wontons with soy dipping sauce, plus much more!
