The Club & Guest House
|The Club Dining Room Student Staff||Front of House dining staff (including servers, food runners, bussers and hosts) work in the restaurant within The Club & Guest House, a boutique hotel with 34 guest rooms, 4 meeting facilities, a restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves continental breakfast for guests of the hotel, lunch for faculty, staff and the general public and catered events. Front of House staff report to the Food & Beverage Manager and are responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests of The Club & Guest House.||Handshake|
Conference & Hospitality Services
|Summer Facility Services Operator||Set up for events, operate audio/visual equipment, deliver conference materials, provide excellent customer service. Previous A/V experience is a plus.||Google Form Application|
|Summer Front Desk Attendant (GSR)||Provide front desk staffing in University residence halls and apartments to assist summer conference guests.
Responsible for conference check-ins and checkouts, responding to guest needs, assisting with lockouts, providing excellent customer service, administrative tasks, etc.

|Grounds Assistant||The student assistant supports the Grounds unit by performing light grounds maintenance & landscape duties around residence halls, dining commons, & residential apartment complexes.||Handshake|
|Housekeeping Assistant||The student assistant supports the custodial unit by performing light custodial tasks in our university owned residence halls, apartments, and dining facilities.||Handshake|
Transportation & Parking Services
|Customer Service Representative||Parking Services Customer Service Representatives assist faculty, staff, students, vendors, and campus visitors. Responsibilities include selling parking permits and communicating information about accessing campus and parking at UCSB. Customers are served in person, over the phone, and by email.||Handshake|
|Event Services Assistant||TPS Event Services Assistants support campus events. Responsibilities include signage and equipment set ups, communicating information about accessing campus and parking at UCSB, and traffic control assistance in parking lots for major events.||Handshake|

|Hub Staff||Hub Event Staff work under the supervision of the Hub Manager and Assistant Hub Manager as representatives of UCen Administration in order to ensure that UCen policies and procedures are adhered to maintain security, safety, and appearance of the Hub Serve as UCen Emergency Coordinators.|
|Service Assistant||Service Assistants work under the supervision of Service Managers as representatives.|
|Receptionist||Represents the UCen Administration Office and is responsible for greeting and assisting the general public.|
|Mail Services Student Assistant||Performs a variety of duties related to the processing and distribution of US Mail and USPS packages.|
|Operations Assistant||Assist supervisors in basic cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, etc.|
|Maintenance||Assist supervisors in performing routine building maintenance and new construction projects at the University Center.|
|AV Operator||UCen AV Operator provides technical support for all events within the University Center.|
|Access Desk Assistant||The Access/Information Desk Assistant will produce the Access Card, the campus identification card, and will answer questions concerning the Access card, the UCen, the campus and the community.|
|Social Media Coordinator||The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the UCen presence on all social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any other media that may be chosen.|
|Meetings & Events Coordinator||Meetings and Events Coordinators are responsible for assisting in all phases of meeting and conference planning at the University Center, including events held at Corwin Pavilion, the UCen’s seven meeting rooms, and outdoor venues.|
|Event Center Crew||The Event Center is a multi-use facility on the UCSB campus. Nicknamed "The Thunderdome", the UCSB ECen plays host to basketball, volleyball, intramural sports, physical activities classes, concerts, and other special events.|
