H&RS continues to grow by leaps and bounds.

By Winter 2017, we will house approximately 11,000 residents in our various communities, as compared to 8,600 this fall 2015. Sierra Madre Apartments (515 bed spaces) are on track to open this Fall 2015, San Joaquin Apartments (1003 bed spaces) will open in phases starting Fall 2016, and, as was recently announced, the University of California recently purchased the Tropicana Student Housing portfolio. This portfolio includes three properties: Tropicana del Norte, Tropicana Gardens and Tropicana Villas. During the upcoming academic year, we will be working on an organizational structure that will culminate in our assuming the management of these properties, which currently house 1,050 students in 200,000 square feet of space.
