Pie for Pi Day! Transportation & Parking Services hosted their annual Pi(e) Day Celebration to commemorate the mathematical marvel π ─ 3.14 ─ and pie! They had nine pie entries this year, and Nestor Covarrubias took home first place with a Cheesecake, while Ashley Hawk's Butterfinger Pie received second place. Third place was a tie between Dano Allen (Coconut Banana Cream Pie) and Laura Hoffman (Snickerdoodle Cream Cheese Apple Pie.) TPS' love for pie is infinite, just like pi!

Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises is a vast organization, housing more than 10,000 students, faculty, staff and family residents and managing multiple businesses with millions of square footage. One of our most valuable assets is our staff, and every year we offer learning and development opportunities for our employees to continue to grow and thrive. This past February 22, we celebrated our talented and caring staff for completing the eight-week in-house extensive Professional Competency Program. Participants learned goal setting, and tools and frameworks for enhanced efficiencies and communication. Partnerships were built, brains were energized, and innovation was fueled!
