State of the Art Sierra Madre Villages Fitness Center Opens

With the opening of Housing & Residential Services newest apartment complex, Sierra Madre Villages, comes the opening of our newest fitness center. Last year welcomed the Loma Pelona Fitness Center near Manzanita Village, and now the Sierra Madre Fitness Center is blowing the roof off with a fully stocked center with top of the line equipment that you will not find at most of your high-end gyms in the area.

Located adjacent to the Market at Miramar and the Recreation Room, the Sierra Madre Fitness Center is an 860 square foot room that is uniquely crafted and designed for our resident’s wellness. It features high definition flat screen televisions, a hydration station, vaulted ceilings, and expansive 20’ high glass windows that provide abundant natural lighting and a connection to the outdoors. The room is fully air conditioned to keep residents cool during intense workouts, and state of the art LED lighting and controls are one of the many sustainable design measures implemented to ensure the Sierra Madre complex is as energy efficient as possible. The center is uniquely positioned to have panoramic views of the Miramar Center courtyard and protected vernal pool open space that is being restored by our campus partners at the Cheadle Center for Biodiversity & Ecological Restoration.
